Role Overview:
As an Industrial Plumber, you'll install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, focusing on pipework, fixtures, valves, HVAC integration, and leak prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fit, repair, and replace pipework, valves, fixtures, and water systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
* Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate plumbing with HVAC systems and support project coordination.
* Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems; swiftly diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, and failures.
* Assist with welding, fabrication, and pipework assembly tasks where required
* Undertake work on-site in dynamic, sometimes challenging environments; comply with health & safety procedures and utilize proper PPE and risk controls.
* Maintain accurate records, produce service reports, and ensure adherence to ISO-quality and environmental standards.
* Work under project supervision; coordinate with multi-disciplinary trades including electricians, pipefitters, and riggers.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 23 years in commercial or industrial plumbing roles.
* NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or higher in Plumbing.
* Valid Gas Safe registration.
* Strong grasp of commercial-grade pipe systems, fixtures, valves, and water/HVAC integration.
* Full UK drivers licence.
