Maintenance Supervisor - TXM Recruit are currently looking for an Maintenance Supervisor to work for a dedicate organisation who provide a 6-star high quality private service to clients across a multi-site basis.
* Location - Chertsey
* Salary –£55,000/Yr + £2,000 extra
* Hours – 8/9am to 4/5pm - Monday to Friday
* Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift
* Overtime - Overtime is there at 1.5x anything over 40hrs
As an Maintenance Supervisor your duties will be but not limited to
* Responsible for overseeing both in-house staff and external contractors, including planning, supervision, and technical administration such as preparing reports and quotations.
* Allocate maintenance and mechanical tasks to team Supervisors, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
* Manage and coordinate property refurbishments and general building works across multiple sites.
* Oversee supplier management, including raising, logging, and approving purchase orders and invoices; manage day-to-day contracts.
* Obtain and authorise supplier quotations, ensuring work is completed within budgetary constraints.
* Oversee compliance across all trades, ensuring proper documentation such as permits, risk assessments, and method statements.
* Verify and process all contractor and supplier invoices for accuracy.
* Manage both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
* Lead and support the Property team, including performance appraisal, development, and training.
* Maintain accurate health and safety records and ensure documentation is compliant and auditable.
* Liaise regularly with the General Manager and Client Directors to keep them informed of all works undertaken.
* Support team projects and provide operational assistance when required.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements
* C&G or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering
* Experience working on building maintenance or mechanical/hvac systems
