Job Summary
The Resident Experience Manager will be the heartbeat of the Barnet Grange Care Home, ensuring every resident enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience. They will lead by example, inspire excellence, and work closely with department heads to deliver seamless service across care, housekeeping, dining, activities, and more.

As the Resident Experience Manager, you will champion resident satisfaction through daily engagement and feedback, coordinate service delivery across all non‑clinical departments, maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality, manage complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, support home improvement projects and budget planning, and deputise for department heads while ensuring effective rota planning.
