Job Description: We are looking to hire a dynamic and organised Training Administrator to join and support our growing team. We're looking for an experienced person to slot straight in as they say.

Some of the Key Responsibilities you'll be helping us with are:

* Managing booking JI's, course materials, and registrations
* Coordinating between learners, trainers, and external partners
* Handling course paperwork, registers, and compliance documents
* Supporting general front-of-house duties (Welcoming learners etc..) and general coordination across 6 training venues
* Maintaining smooth, efficient delivery of our training services
* Build relationships with all of our clients and partners
* Communicate with trainees, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure all training requirements are met and/or organised
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to training activities
* Support the senior coordinator, when required sourcing trainers, or overflow on busy days.

Requirements:

* Experience in the H&S training industry or previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* Ability to work confidently as part of a team and independently when required
* Able tio pick things up quickly, and also use intuitive
* Knowledge on Training, NVQs, Awarding Bodies and Grants is advantageous
* High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Friendly, professional, and team-focused
* This a full time role. Occasional travel is needed to support arranging other centre resources or courses - fuel paid.

Salary: Pay is negotiable depending on experience and existing industry knowledge.
