Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in office administration. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Maintain filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately
* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Handle clerical duties such as typing, scanning, and photocopying documents
* Support team members with various administrative tasks as required

* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
* Strong data entry skills with a commitment to accuracy
