Summer Temp Opportunity IT Help Desk Support (EHDC)
Duration: 46 weeks
Hours: 23 days per week (7.4 hours per day) - task dependent

Location: East Hampshire District Council (EHDC)
Were looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our IT Help Desk team on a temporary basis this summer. This role will provide essential support during our Councillor IT rollout, helping ensure a smooth transition and continued service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support to staff and councillors
Assist with device setup, troubleshooting, and user queries
Log and manage support tickets using our internal systems
Support councillor onboarding and training sessions as needed
What Were Looking For:
Experience in IT support or help desk environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
