We are partnering with a leading UK technology organisation to recruit a Head of Business Management to lead a critical commercial function.
This is a senior leadership opportunity where you will take ownership of a significant product portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin optimisation, and strategic alignment across the business.
The role:
* Lead and develop a high-performing Commercial Product Management team (5 direct reports)
* Own portfolio performance including revenue (triple-digit MM £), margin (double-digit MM £), and forecasting
* Define and execute commercial strategies aligned to go-to-market plans
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and vendor partners to drive growth
* Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in Commercial Product Management within an IT reseller, distributor, or vendor environment
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and margin growth
* Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
* Deep understanding of the IT channel and vendor ecosystem
* Data-driven and strategic mindset
The opportunity:
* Base salary of £75,000 – £90,000
* Hybrid working – 3 days per week in Nottingham
* Opportunity to step into a highly visible role with ownership of a triple-digit MM £ portfolio and real impact on commercial performance
