* Facilitate the Assistant Practitioner Foundation Degree
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team and mentors
Support and Development
* Mentor and Curriculum Area Manager support
* On‑the‑job training to obtain a teaching qualification, if you are new to teaching

* Golden Hello: £4,000 (£2,000 payable in September 2026 and £2,000 payable in September 2027)
