What will you be doing?
* Working as the Site Security Officer
* Create a secure environment, in which our customers, their employees, and visitors are able to feel safe
* Promote confidence with every customer, colleague, and stakeholder through effective decision-making, communication, and professional security standards
* Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and customer policy
* Respond in an effective manner to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services, the Customer, and the Security Operations Centre, as appropriate
* Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover
* Utilise the relevant site security systems to detect risks and potential security breaches.
* Utilise TRACKTIK to complete patrols and reporting of incidents.
* Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/ near miss reporting.
* Prevent unauthorised access to site, whether by a person, vehicle, or object.
* Respond to unplanned events or incidences promptly
* Work in collaboration with the customer's FM team and complete relevant tasks
* Engage with training & development as required
