Overall Job Purpose: To carry out the Senior Operative role, delivering the required output and standards to the business and training on specific line skill requirements. Skills and Competencies Required: Competencies Literate Understands SOPs and can take on learning required Knows line targets and how to operate the line to those targets Food Safety 2 Allergen Awareness Skills Punctual Energetic Fluent English Numerical Key Responsibilities Work safely at all times. Keep your work area to the required GMP standard Ensure production targets are met for output, changeovers, hygiene, giveaway etc. Carry out specific trained tasks changeovers, allergen cleans etc. Raise any issues immediately to Co-ordinator or Shift Manager. 42hrs average over a 2 week period 12hr shifts. Must be able to work every 2nd weekend. 6am/6pm £12.21ph and £17.38ph overtime 75 mins break which are ALL PAID Long term work and could become permanent for the right candidates.
