Key Responsibilities Assessment & Achievement: Support current Year 2 pupils through their end-of-year assessments with a focus on a "low-stress, high-success" environment. Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum. Phonics Expertise: Utilise your knowledge of phonics (Read Write Inc) to bridge gaps in reading and writing. Transition Management: Lead a robust transition for the incoming Year 2s, ensuring they feel secure, happy, and ready to learn after the summer break. What We Are Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 2 experience is highly advantageous).
