Learning and Organisational Development Adviser
Grade 7 – £32,061 – £35,412 annually. Permanent, full time (37 hours per week). Location: Archives / hybrid working options.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Learning and Organisational Development Adviser to design, deliver and evaluate high‑quality learning solutions that support workforce capability, organisational priorities and cultural change. Work closely with senior leaders, managers and stakeholders to identify learning needs, shape development strategies and provide expert advice on best practice across learning, leadership and talent development.
Key responsibilities
* Lead on the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programmes aligned to organisational priorities.
* Provide professional advice and guidance to managers and senior leaders on workforce development, learning needs analysis and capability building.
* Develop and maintain blended learning solutions, including face‑to‑face, virtual and digital learning.
* Support leadership and management development initiatives.
* Evaluate learning impact using data and insights to demonstrate value for money and continuous improvement.
* Ensure learning approaches reflect equality, diversity and inclusion best practice.
* Contribute to organisation‑wide change and improvement programmes.
