Essential: Doctoral qualification (or equivalent) in applied psychology Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and Charterable status with the British Psychological Society. Experience working with individuals with complex needs relevant to the service population Competence in psychological assessment and formulation, with the ability to learn and apply new assessment methods Competency with risk assessment, management, and evaluation tools Experience using a range of therapeutic approaches to address different clinical issues, with awareness of other therapeutic modalities relevant to the service user population Job Responsibilities: Support the delivery of psychology services within a specified area, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and under appropriate direction and supervision Actively participate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients are fully engaged in their care pathway Support the work of the clinical team through the provision of direct interventions and delivery of staff training programmes Support the clinical team and area of service in developing new initiatives and ways of working Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies to enhance treatment pathways for patients To be considered, click apply or send your CV to; d.hughes@linqrecruitment.co.uk
