We have an exciting opportunity within our service team, based in our head office in Battlesbridge, Essex.
Working with an experienced team you will need a can-do attitude and an eye for detail. This can be a busy environment at times and we are looking for someone who will thrive on this.
It is crucial that you can work well in a team and independently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The Role:
This role requires an organised mind and attention to detail, with a practical approach, as your duties will include:
* Respond to queries by email or phone, providing the first point of call for questions, queries and problems.
* Coordinate engineers' work schedule.
* Utilise CRM software to organise, book, schedule and finalise PPM visits within set industry standards.
* Create and issue electronic purchase orders.
* Perform administrative tasks, such as arranging parking, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, responding to client requests.
* Create and maintain company databases.
Essential skills/experience:
* At least 1 year experience in a similar/administrative role.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
Desirable, but not essential, skills/experience:
* Familiar with Mentor CASH4 Windows or similar.
* Experience of working in the fire/security industry.
This is a full-time role, salary £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, 28 days annual leave (plus bank/public holidays), on-site parking.
