People Advisor
Salary: £44,075 – £46,142 per annum pro‑rate (actual salary £23,759 – £24,873 per annum). Pay award pending.

We are looking to appoint a People Advisor to join our central team, supporting colleagues and leaders across all six schools within our Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high‑quality people support across a growing and values‑driven Multi‑Academy Trust.
Contract: 12‑month fixed‑term (May 2026 to May 2027). 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Flexible working patterns are considered, including term‑time only options.
Location: Central team offices, Wolverhampton Science Park. Travel to school sites required; work‑from‑home available.
Role responsibilities include:
* Providing practical, professional advice across a broad range of people matters.
* Supporting employee relations, policy and compliance work, and workforce administration.
* Driving Trust‑wide people initiatives and ensuring consistent, fair people practices.
* Co‑operating with Headteachers, school leaders, and central colleagues to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience as an HR or People professional.
* Strong relationship‑building and collaborative skills.
* Knowledge of people‑management principles and best practice.
* Commitment to safeguarding children and ability to carry out enhanced DBS checks.
