We are working with a growing organisation in Leeds that is looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a Management Accountant on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance function where you will gain exposure across the wider business while playing a key role in the production of financial information.

Working closely with the MD, you will be responsible for supporting the production of accurate and timely management accounts while providing valuable insight to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Supporting month-end close processes
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
* Analysing financial performance and providing variance analysis
* Supporting the wider finance team with financial reporting and process improvements
* Working closely with stakeholders across the business
About You
* Experience working in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role
* AAT qualified / part-qualified ACCA or CIMA (or qualified by experience)
* Strong Excel skills and good attention to detail
* Confident communicator able to work with stakeholders across the business
* Proactive with a positive, team-focused attitude
