What You Will Be Doing:
1. Maintain CRM records and dashboards, ensuring that all sales meetings and activities are accurately recorded and classified
2. Generate and manage regular and ad-hoc insight reports, using CRM and Mixpanel.
3. Monitor and analyze the Client Success teams KPI’s, producing insights and recommendations for leadership.
4. Identify trends and patterns in sales and customer data to flag growth opportunities and high-value leads.
5. Support sales and consulting operations by managing workflow processes, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with process documentation
6. Collaborate with sales, consulting, and finance teams to address data discrepancies and drive process improvements, acting as a point of contact for CRM-related queries
7. Assist with special projects and month-end sales processes as needed.
8. Participate in global team meetings as required (some irregular hours may be required to accommodate this).
Who We Are Looking For:
9. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
10. 2–4 years of experience in sales operations or sales analytics, preferably in a fast-paced or SaaS environment.
11. Proven analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
12. Experience with CRM; Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Hubspot or similar (data management and reporting)
13. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and SQL is a plus.
14. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
