Role Overview:
As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing and nurturing these relationships. You will lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, ensuring that our services exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimise results.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding client engagements.
Experience Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience working within a digital marketing agency is essential.
* Proven track record of leading and executing successful digital marketing strategies for clients.
* Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Technical Requirements:
* Have a degree in a marketing-related subject.
* Have experience in a marketing agency-based role.
* Have experience in a client-facing role.
* Be familiar with Google Analytics, Data Studio, Semrush
* Be competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word Essential).
* Have achieved A-C in English and Maths GCSEs.
