What You’ll Be Doing
1. Forging strong partnerships with our Estate Agency teams to turbocharge referrals
2. Hunting down new clients and turning first conversations into lifelong relationships
3. Guiding customers through every step of the mortgage journey with confidence and clarity
4. Recommending tailored protection and mortgage solutions that truly fit each client
5. Sharing best practices in branch huddles and fuelling a culture of continuous improvement
