We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner to join a long-established precision engineering manufacturer in New Milton. This is a permanent, full-time role for a CNC Turner who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and working on high-specification components across regulated industries.
As a CNC Turner, you will program, set, and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes, producing components in aluminium, stainless steel, and other materials. The CNC Turner will work across one-off prototypes and batch production, maintaining high standards of precision and efficiency while adhering to ISO9001 and AS9100 processes.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc OI-TC / I-Series controls
Perform manual turning and machining of aluminium, stainless steel, and other materials
Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances accurately
Use precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet quality standards
Complete documentation accurately in compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100
Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, safe work areaEssential Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a CNC Turner with programming knowledge
Strong electrical and mechanical understanding of CNC machine tools
Confident in machining aluminium, stainless steel, and other materials
Skilled in manual turning and using precision measuring equipment
Ability to work accurately and independently within regulated environments
Flexible, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvementAdditional Details

Materials primarily light-gauge aluminium and stainless steel
Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07:45–16:15, Friday 07:45–12:45
