Position Role: Planning and Project Officer for RHQ The RLC. Responsibilities: 1. Lead on revision and publication of Corps Policies (e.g. Corps Instructions, Corps Briefing Notes). 2. Plan and deliver Corps wide events and functions as directed e.g. cross-briefs, conferences etc. 3. Act as the Local Security Officer (LSO) and Data Protection Advisor for RHQ The RLC. 4. Line manager for the Business Support Manager. 5. Manage and organise senior officer visits (1* and above) to RHQ The RLC, as required. 6. Act as the Business Continuity Manager, MoDnet Authorised Demander and iHub Manager. 7. Lead on the revision and management of Job Specifications acting as the Unit Army Talent Management System Coordinator (UAC). 8. Provide OF3 oversight to the RLC Corps of Drums. Domestic Considerations: Hybrid working, combining time spent in the office with working from home, is an option.
