Executive Assistant to HR Team

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Leeds-based organisation for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the HR leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business in a highly visible and impactful role.
The Role
You will provide high-level executive support to the senior HR team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while also playing a key role in wider HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing comprehensive executive support to senior HR leaders
* Supporting and coordinating HR projects and strategic initiatives
* Preparing reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
* Managing diaries, meetings, and confidential correspondence
* Assisting with HR reporting, data analysis, and project tracking
About You
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA, ideally within HR or a corporate environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident preparing reports and handling sensitive information
* Professional, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
