Responsibilities
You will be responsible for becoming a manager in a Tesco Store, driving the role in serving Britain's shoppers a little better every day. This includes putting your skills, experience, and instincts to work, chasing opportunities, improving methods, and delivering the right outcomes for customers. You will be a role model, helping colleagues know and love our products and services, involving everyone in community projects, and showing what can be achieved together. You will grow your own team by spotting talent and giving feedback and support to help them be their best. You will maximise sales, impact, and presentation for your department, while ensuring safety, compliance, and correct staffing at all times. This role is about leading from the front, on the store floor with colleagues and customers.
