This is a hands-on role within a well-established kitchen where everything is built around fresh ingredients, strong classical technique and consistent execution. Working closely with the Head Chef and senior team, you will play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting the brigade and delivering consistently high-quality dishes during service. The Role Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Leading service and confidently managing sections during busy periods Cooking fresh Mediterranean-inspired dishes to a consistently high standard Assisting with prep planning, ordering and stock control Maintaining kitchen organisation, hygiene and food safety standards Supporting and mentoring junior members of the brigade Contributing ideas towards menu development and seasonal dishes This is a role suited to a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-led restaurant environment where teamwork, consistency and attention to detail are essential.
