An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Physiotherapist to join the Lincolnshire Countywide Community Respiratory Team (CCRT). This could also be a band 5/6 development post for an experienced band 5 clinician seeking to develop their respiratory skills and knowledge to become a future Respiratory Specialist.
We have full hours available for a Physiotherapist experienced in COPD and chronic respiratory conditions, passionate about developing their skills and shaping the service to deliver high-quality respiratory care in the community. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, and conscientious, and will join our existing team on a permanent basis.
The post holder will support Senior Respiratory Specialists, plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate Pulmonary Rehabilitation across designated sites. They will manage their own respiratory caseload, perform assessments, and provide evidence-based treatment for patients with diverse and complex pathologies. Responsibilities also include assessment and treatment of patients in the Respiratory Virtual Ward, acute respiratory assessments, supported discharges, oxygen therapy, and complex case management. The post holder will provide professional guidance to any staff under their supervision.
