We're Hiring: Retail Finance Business Partner to join Global Fashion Brand's EMEA Finance Team!
Why This Role? This iconic fashion retailer is on an exciting growth journey — scaling from 72 to 100 stores across EMEA, with new openings across Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing business at a pivotal moment, partnering directly with the Retail Director and making a genuine commercial impact from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Acting as the key finance partner to the Retail Director and senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and challenge
* Owning variance analysis across the store estate, including performance, labour costs, and store payroll (WFM)
* Supporting the business through its store expansion programme, analysing new store performance
* Partnering closely with branch merchandising teams on trading and operational decisions
* Rolling up your sleeves — this is a hands-on role where you'll own the work end-to-end
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a retail finance environment (fashion retail highly desirable; multi-site hospitality also considered)
* Comfortable operating at and influencing Retail Director level
* Strong variance analysis skills with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset
* Someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced trading environment
* Someone who thrives working autonomously and doesn't need hand-holding

* 💰 £Competitive & 20% Bonus, 25% Discount
