We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our busy Merchandising team.
You'll be passionate about retail, love working with data, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, friendly team that makes a real impact.
As a key support to our Merchandising function, you'll help ensure stock is in the right place to maximise sales across all our stores and online channels. At the heart of our operations, you'll work closely with our internal Buying, Finance, Retail teams and our internal and external freight partners and logistic teams along with our suppliers in the UK and Far East.
Day-to-day You Will
* Gathering and organising key merchandising information, keeping our systems up to date, and preparing reports that help the team make informed decisions.
* Updating and analysing our weekly trade reports, then sharing your insights with the Merchandiser so we can act quickly on what the numbers are telling us.
* Keeping a close eye on product performance spotting when something is flying off the shelves or needs a little extra attention.
* Producing clear, accurate reporting on store and style performance on both a daily and weekly basis.
* Helping us manage stock levels, ensuring they sit comfortably within our targets and stepping in to resolve any imbalances.
You\'ll also be supporting with sales forecasting and reorders, working closely with the Merchandiser and Junior Merchandiser to make sure we\'re always one step ahead. Life here moves quickly, so we\'re looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a true \'can-do\' spirit.
Ideally, you\'ll have experience in a similar merchandising role within homewares, with a natural flair for numbers and an organised, methodical approach. Being confident with Excel is important too. Most of all, we\'d love you to share our commitment to going above and beyond, taking pride in delivering work that makes a real difference.
