Owen Daniels have partnered with a leading manufacturing company and we are recruiting for a Production leader due to growth in the business.
Production leader – Key responsibilities:
* Lead daily SQCDP meetings, maintain clear communication with customers, and elevate key issues promptly.
* Work with H&S to reduce risks, carry out safety audits, investigate incidents, and always ensure safe working practices.
* Investigate customer concerns within agreed SLAs, maintain accurate QA records, and ensure all work meets company standards.
* Manage productivity, control downtime, approve production hours, maintain delivery commitments, and coordinate effectively across departments.
* Manage and develop team performance through QCD/SQCDP measures, coaching, CI activities, and structured training and development plans.
Production leader - Essential Skills & Experience:
* Minimum three years’ experience as a Production Leader.
* Proven experience mentoring and managing teams.
* Technical manufacturing experience, electrical is desirable.
