Overview
ActionLink is seeking a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser for the Craig, CO region. The role involves building and maintaining promotional product displays for global brands such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel across major retail stores.
Responsibilities
* Complete store visits and project installations within an assigned territory.
* Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
* Represent global clients during site visits.
* Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each visit.
* Schedule up to 10 hours per week Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. No weekend or evening hours.
* Opportunity for additional hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
Compensation & Benefits
* Hourly wage: $23.00 (per the posted range).
* W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit.
* Optional 401(k) with company match.
* Store‑to‑store travel reimbursement (driving mileage).
* Paid training.
* Accrual of PTO each week worked.
Requirements
* Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience.
* Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the territory.
* Attention to detail; follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
* Can work independently and collaborate with a small team when needed.
* Internet access and basic handheld tools; smartphone with Wi‑Fi/GPS and latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access a plus.
* Driver’s license and personal vehicle required; travel to stores as needed.
* Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
