Support Worker - Assisted Discharge Location: Winchester & Basingstoke, community work with travel around the area Salary: £24,479 per annum, pro-rata (£13.45 per hour) Hours: 28 per week Contract: Fixed term contract 30th September 2026 Additional Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years Shift Times: R ole is 4 days per week, 2 shift patterns 10-6 and 12-8.
