Spa Therapist - Full Time - 40 hours. Location: The Lygon Arms, Broadway, Worcestershire, WR12 7DU.
The Lygon Arms is a historic hotel with a spa, 86 guest bedrooms, secluded gardens, and a range of dining experiences.
Responsibilities
* Deliver all treatments with passion and pride, adhering to required standards and time guidelines as scheduled by Reception.
* Maintain a discreet, respectful, and confidential approach, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
* Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, making the client\'s experience educative, therapeutic, and relaxing.
* Confidently upsell products during treatments, sharing your enthusiasm and expertise with clients.
* Show flexibility by assisting colleagues in other areas of the Spa, such as Reception and Changing Rooms, embodying teamwork and adaptability.
* Take ownership of your work, whether performing treatments independently or collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals.
About You
* Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential
* Proven experience in delivering high standards of face-to-face customer service and treatments with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment.
* You possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a well-presented appearance.
