The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could involve helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Helping customers and making them feel at ease by listening, answering questions, giving advice on our products, recommending items, or offering a basket—it's the little things that make a difference.
2. Getting to know our in-store offers and schemes and promoting them to enhance customer experience.
3. Ensuring the store runs smoothly by displaying products properly, providing excellent service at the tills, and assisting with stock in the stockrooms.
4. Collaborating with team members to provide a great shopping experience and maintaining a clean, presentable store environment.
What you’ll need to have
Full training is provided. We are looking for people who:
1. Excel in a fast-paced, varied environment.
2. Communicate and listen effectively.
3. Enjoy working as part of a team and fostering a collaborative environment.
4. Understand that small details make a big difference in customer interactions.
5. Want to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
It would be great if you also have
Experience in customer care and delivering excellent service is a plus but not essential.
