Offices Near Chelmsford, Essex

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 (Hybrid working, Bonus, Study Support & Career Progression Plan)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-established Wealth Management firm near Chelmsford in Essex. Due to expansion and internal promotion, they are looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to join their team, offering a clear career path. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to expand their network within a growing, collaborative team.

The firm has been providing high-quality financial and investment planning services for over 20 years. They value their clients by offering non-jargon, ethical advice, leading to high client loyalty, with new business primarily generated through referrals. They also prioritize their staff, aiming to provide careers rather than jobs, and foster a friendly, supportive working environment. Their services include pension, investment, protection, intergenerational financial planning, and trust and estate planning across Essex, Hertfordshire, and central London.

The position is for a Financial Administrator with the following qualities:

* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably within financial services
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, client-focused approach
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work well within a team
* Proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset

Duties include:

* Providing technical and administrative support to Advisers
* Handling queries from clients and third parties
* Preparing files with compliance documentation, review meeting packs, illustrations, and supporting documents
* Ensuring files contain all necessary client identification and application forms
* Processing applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties
* Booking client appointments for advisers
* Assisting with Letters of Authority with clients and third parties
