The Role & Responsibilities You will be the hub of communication for the school, ensuring that information flows efficiently between staff, students, and parents. Triage & Enquiry Management: Managing a busy front desk, resolving parent queries efficiently, and escalating sensitive matters to the pastoral team. Safeguarding Hub: Taking a lead role in the daily monitoring of site access and ensuring all visiting speakers are vetted appropriately. Student Services: Managing the distribution of student lockers, lost property, and the school’s internal mail system. Administrative Support: Providing clerical assistance to the Senior Leadership Team, including data entry and report preparation.
