Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support the strategic growth of key customer accounts, ensuring expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
* Develop and implement category visions that align with customer goals and evolving market trends.
* Build and maintain collaborative, growth-focused relationships with commercial, supply chain, and technical teams.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure timely product delivery, proactively addressing sourcing or availability challenges with effective solutions.
* Contribute creative and technical input to drive product development initiatives.
* Analyse consumer trends, competitor activity, and product performance to inform data-led strategies and deliver actionable market insights.
* Support planning and execution of promotional plans to maximise sales opportunities.
* Monitor and evaluate supply chains to identify cost-saving opportunities, improvements in product quality/freshness, and deliver the in-year cost mitigation plan.
* Maintain accurate account and product data within internal systems.
* Liaise with packing partners to ensure service excellence and consistent delivery across both electronic and physical channels.
* Act as the commercial link during technical escalations, supporting resolution between internal and customer-facing teams.
* Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting for both short and long-term planning.
* Prepare and deliver regular customer meeting reviews, ensuring agreed actions are completed.
* Produce and maintain sales, margin, and pricing reports, sharing market intelligence with relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all administrative, commercial, and financial controls.
