Typical Shift Responsibilities:
1. Inspire the team to achieve excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Maintain fully stocked displays with a variety of options.
5. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable.
