What we're looking for
We're after a proven sales professional who can confidently sell multi-product technology solutions, build strong client relationships, and close impactful deals. You'll be responsible for winning new business and growing your portfolio of accounts—owning the entire 360 sales cycle.
You'll be:
️ A consultative B2B seller with proven success in tech, IT, or MSP environments
️ Target-driven and motivated by high earning potential
️ A confident communicator who builds long-lasting client relationships
️ Commercially astute, with strong negotiation and closing skills
️ Passionate about technology and quick to learn new products
️ A new business hunter, resilient, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed
What will you do?
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new revenue and supporting long-term customer success through tailored tech solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Winning new business through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
* Building and owning long-term relationships with your customers
* Leading client meetings—both face-to-face and virtually—to pitch bespoke solutions
* Cross-selling and up-selling across our full product suite
* Negotiating contracts and managing the full sales cycle
* Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
