Lead Dental Nurse – Boston, Lincolnshire (Full Time)
MBR Dental are excited to be supporting a fully private dental practice in Boston, Lincolnshire in their search for a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.
What’s on offer:
1. Start date available as soon as possible
2. Notice periods will be considered
3. Full-time position – 38.75 hours per week
4. Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm
5. Competitive pay of £14–£15 per hour, depending on experience

About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive and modern practice. As Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while supporting and mentoring the nursing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
8. Chairside assistance and delivering excellent patient care
9. Maintaining high standards of infection control and decontamination
10. Supporting compliance with CQC requirements
11. Overseeing stock control and equipment maintenance
12. Working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient operations
13. Leading and mentoring fellow dental nurses
About the practice:
14. Independent, fully private practice
15. 2-surgery, fully computerised (Carestream Sensei)
16. Offers a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, implants, facial aesthetics, and sedation
What we’re looking for:
17. GDC registered Dental Nurse with a valid DBS
18. Minimum of 2 years’ dental nursing experience
19. A proactive and positive team player with leadership qualities
