Are you looking to join a supportive innovative Clinical Education Team to develop midwifery skills at UHNM? Our team is looking for a dynamic individual to help develop our training programme.
Responsibilities
* To facilitate Midwives in the ward/department/specialty in identifying opportunities for training and education to maintain and improve standards of care.
* To support and facilitate innovation in care provision in a structured and systematic way.
* To offer professional guidance and support to midwives.
* To develop guidelines and implement developments in practice, and ensure these are audited.
* Provide education and training to midwives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
* To offer professional guidance and support to clinical staff.
