You will bring both technical depth and market presence, with the ability to influence, lead and grow a business unit in a competitive and evolving sector.
Key experience includes:
* Significant experience (typically 15+ years) in marine, ports, coastal or civil infrastructure
* Proven success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects
* Strong business development capability, with a track record of winning work and growing client relationships
* Deep understanding of the UK (and ideally European) ports and maritime market, including key drivers such as decarbonisation and infrastructure investment
