Role Overview
As a full‑time Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers have an exceptional experience. You’ll provide tailored solutions, offer expert advice, and assist with everything from product recommendations to stocking their favorite vape juices.
Qualifications
* Outgoing and friendly personality.
* Passion for vaping (essential).
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently.
* A proactive approach to meeting sales and performance targets.
* Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to alternate store locations if needed.
* Experience handling payments confidently and accurately.
* Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
* A valid driving license is essential for the role (as some travel between store locations may be required).
Desirable Experience
* At least 1 year in customer service or sales.
* Personal vaping experience (preferred).
* Valid driving license (required).
