Job Introduction: You care for our patients. We care for your career. As a Chef - Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Ferryfield House, 100 Pilton Drive, Edinburgh, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a dynamic healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
* Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH
* Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised
What You Bring:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience
* Excellent culinary skills and a passion for cooking
* Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
