Personal Injury Solicitor – EL/PL & Regulatory
Join a top-tier Bristol team handling a range of litigated EL/PL work all the way to high value multi track and catastrophic injury with the added opportunity to gain exposure to regulatory law, product liability and inquest work. Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Level: NQ–4 PQE Defendant Litigation Focus
Experience: Candidates must have strong EL/PL experience whether claimant or defendant gained from a respected practice.
Develop your injury experience while gaining exposure to other areas of litigation
The key attraction of this role is that whilst the opportunity will make use of your EL/PL experience, you also will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to other area of litigation. As a snapshot the opportunity will require you to:
* Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, including fast-track, multi-track and assist on catastrophic injury matters
* Advise major corporate clients on complex litigation strategy
* Support senior lawyers on HSE investigations, product law and inquests
* Contribute to client care and case strategy across personal injury and regulatory matters
Who we are looking for

* NQ–4 PQE Solicitor with defendant PI experience
* Strong EL/PL litigation skills and case-handling ability
* Interest in regulatory law, product liability or inquest work
