About You
You’re an experienced, motivated Home Manager who knows how to run a high‑quality older people’s service. You bring:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
*
Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home
*
Strong understanding of CQC standards, governance, and compliance
*
A confident leadership style that motivates and develops teams
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and decision‑making skills
A passion for person‑centred care and positive resident outcome
We’re looking for an experienced home manager, you’ll also either have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5.
You will have leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and extensive experience of conducting risk assessments.
Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
Experience managing a residential or nursing home for older people
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality standards

Experience improving services and achieving strong inspection results
Desirable:

NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
*
Experience stabilising or improving services
*
Strong partnership‑building skills
