This is a varied role where youll provide helpdesk support across hardware, software, and networks, while also supporting IT projects and keeping systems running smoothly. ? First-line IT support across systems, devices & cybersecurity ? Manage and support mobile devices, upgrades & accessories ? Troubleshoot networks, Wi-Fi, routers & switches ? Deploy, configure & maintain IT equipment ?
