Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, drive performance, maintain high standards, lead and coach the team, and ensure compliance with stock control, health & safety, and store processes.
Qualifications
* Retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams
* Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs
* Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
* Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential
* Lead by example and build a strong sense of teamwork
* Work well under pressure and embrace a fast-moving environment
* Support in driving compliance across stock, health & safety, and store processes
* Love retail and bring passion and energy to everything you do
* Ambitious and eager to grow into a Store Manager role
