Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Service Coordinator
to join our team in Andover. This full-time, office-based position is central to the smooth operation of our service department. You will act as the primary point of contact for both customers and engineers, ensuring effective communication, accurate scheduling, and the timely delivery of service support.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

(Overtime may be required if necessary; no regular weekend work.)

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
* Schedule and coordinate service visits for engineers
* Maintain accurate service records and update administrative documentation
* Support the office and service teams with day-to-day operational tasks
* Ensure high standards of customer service and efficient service delivery
* Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments

About You

* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Access experience is advantageous)
* Previous experience in administration, coordination, or reception roles
* Familiarity with scheduling software is beneficial
* Willingness to work on-site in Andover
