We are currently seeking a dedicated Counter Assistant to join our team in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent customer service and support at the counter. *Responsibilities* - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information - Process medication orders and assist with medication administration - Work closely with pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient service delivery - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area *Qualifications* - Previous experience as a Counter Assistant or similar role is desirable - Knowledge of pharmacy operations and patient care is desirable - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work using own initiative as well as following protocols where required. Confidentiality is a necessity. Training courses and career progression will be provided. Successful candidate will need to work every Saturday morning, and provide occasional cover for annual leave. This is a permanent position, NOT a holiday position.
