About the role: Full-time Sales Consultant wanted to build great customer relationships, share expert product advice, and help drive new sales opportunities. Key Accountabilities Customer & Product (Sales & Relationship Management) Conduct proactive outreach to lapsed and prospective customers to drive engagement and sales. Provide knowledgeable, customer-focused advice on Commtel products and services to meet customer needs effectively. Manage customer accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, engagement, and growth opportunities. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and templates, and process orders efficiently. Promote new product launches to existing and potential customers, highlighting benefits and value propositions. Environment (Sales Operations & Market Insight) Analyse customer spend and purchase patterns to identify trends, upsell opportunities, and areas for revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders in the CRM system. Support exhibitions, trade shows, and open days, representing Commtel professionally and building market presence. Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to provide informed recommendations. Team (Collaboration & Contribution) Work closely with Sales Admin and Sales Management to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer support. Share market feedback and customer insights with Product and Marketing teams to support business growth. Participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Contribute to a positive, performance-driven sales team culture through collaboration and shared best practices. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Hours: 37.5 – 8.30 am – 5 pm.
