What is the TimeGROW Fellowship?
A fellowship is a short-term role designed to help you learn, contribute, and grow while working on a meaningful project. Unlike a traditional job, a fellowship is part work experience, part mentorship, and part creative exploration.
As a TimeGROW Fellow, you'll:
* Work closely with the founder on real projects that shape our platform.
* Build your portfolio with hands-on design and development work.
* Gain mentorship and exposure to startup-building at an early stage.
* Be part of a mission-driven creative experiment, not just a job.
Think of it as a bridge role: you'll contribute your skills, gain new ones, and grow into opportunities that may expand into equity, long-term collaboration, or future leadership.
Why Join Us?
This is not a typical design gig. It's a chance to:
* Shape the
digital future
of creative collaboration.
* Work on projects that bridge
art, tech, and faith
.
* Grow alongside a founder who prioritizes
transformation over information
.
* Co-create with freedom, imagination, and a shared sense of mission.
